MERGER OF FERACID WITHIN FERALCO ENVIRONNEMENT ON OCTOBER 1, 2023

Dear customers, dear partners,

Feracid became in June 2021 a 100% subsidiary of Feralco Environnement, a French entity of the Feralco group. This was the first step in a larger integration process. We are entering the second stage of this process and are pleased to announce that Feracid will be merged into its parent company through a dissolution without liquidation, known as a "simplified merger". This merger will be effective from October 1, 2023.

From a practical point of view, the change of entity will be operational from September 1st.

From September 19, 2023, orders from the Feracid entity will no longer be possible and must be sent to Feralco Environnement SAS.
